Session Two: Crosswalks

Araktha is dissatisfied; he and Gwendolynn wish to search the cult hideout to look for more clues, which Araktha thinks will help him learn about his past. After the party leaves, Araktha adopts a dog from a cart of ex-ATH rescued animals and names it Rupert.

That night, the party asks about bounties at a nearby tavern. After talking to the bartender, they discover a local prejudice against a group of pale gnomes that are colloquially referred to as “crosswalks” due to the unusual style of pedestrianism that they practice as a vestige of their subterranean background. Wyvern denounces the racists.

The next morning (Oct. 2), Wyvern is jumped by anti-crosswalk thugs on his way back to Threnga’s. He beats up multiple people and moves on.

Araktha gives the cursed dagger he found to Threnga, who promises to work on disenchanting it.
